Edit a WPS

Edit a WPS created in WeldTrace

1. A WPS that is available for use will have this green dot next to the WPS number;
   
2. Click the edit button in the WPS details page to edit it;
   
3. You will see the designation value only when you view a WPS created and approved in WeldTrace. This field will not appear when you view the details page of a WPS added to WeldTrace (BYO);
   

Edit a WPS created in WT

1. None of the data of a WPS created in WT can be edited. If you need to change any of the valued, you need to create a new revision of a WPS (How to create a WPS from a PQR);
   
2. Move this slider button to "Inactive";
   
3. Click here to save and the WPS will be marked as inactive, hidden from view and will be unavailable in projects or for creating welder qualifications;
