How to enter data for multiple passes in a PQR or WPS?
When creating a PQR or WPS, you will find that for each pass there is a separate tab for Gas and Electrical tabs where you can enter the data for each pass.
The number of tabs created for each pass is dependent on the value that you select for the "Number of Passes?" There can be a maximum of 6 of the pass tabs, but you can handle more than 6 passes by grouping the values for passes that are identical.
Editing the pass tab names Editing the pass tab names - step 2 Pass tab names that appear in the PDF file - Select the number of passes here;
- In this example, 3 tabs are created by WeldTrace and they are named as "Pass 1", "Pass 2" and "Pass 3". You can click on the edit button (shown inside a dotted square here) to rename the passes;
- The text for the pass tab can be edited now;
- Click on the tick button to save or X button to cancel the edit;
- The pass tab text will show up in the PDF file, if multiple passes are used for a process;
This way you will be able to group the passes that are identical. When you click on the "Copy values to all passes" button that you will find in the bottom right corner, the data that you enter for a pass will be copied to all the passes.
