Manage post-weld heat treatment of welds in WeldTrace

PWHT

In the post-weld heat treatment section you will be able to create and manage requests for PWHT of welds, enter results, retest and monitor the progress of the packs. 

You will be able to group welds and create requests and this grouping of welds is called as a PWHT pack. You can revise these packs and change the requested details or add and remove welds to a pack. 

PWHT Packs list page
  1. You will see this menu enabled only if PWHT has been enabled in the project configuration. Click on this menu to view the PWHT packs list for the project;
  2. The PWHT pack number is autogenerated and the blue hyperlinked text will open the PWHT pack's details page. The info column icons are for printing a PDF copy of the pressure test pack and to render and print all the weld maps in the pack;
  3. These columns will show the number of welds in the pack and the number of welds that are completed;
  4. This column will show the status of the pack;
  5. Click here to create a new pressure test pack;
