Test Reports

You may add the reports for any of the NDE tests, visual inspection, pressure test and post-weld heat treatment to this "Test Reports" section. When you add the results for any of the non-destructive tests, visual inspection and other tests, you only need to pick the test report number.

Test reports

1. Click here to add a new test report;
   
2. Click here to access the bulk file upload interface;
   
3. You may import data by importing data in a csv file;
   
4. Click on the test report number to view the details;
   
5. Click on the paper clip icon to view the file;

Add a test report

1. Enter the report number;
   
2. Enter the title;
   
3. Pick a date for this report;
   
4. Pick the revision/version number of this report (each version is maintained as a separate document);
5. Click on the upload button to upload the test report;
6. You may enter some comments;
   
7. If you edit a test report, change the revision number and save (without changing the report number), the test report will be saved as a new version;
