Create a pressure test pack - test request details

1. Use the search criteria and filter the welds;
   
2. You may check specific welds or select all the welds;
   
3. Check this box if you would like the welds in the other pressure test packs to be listed;
   
4. If the "Other PT Packs" check box is checked, you will see the PT pack number in this column;
5. The welds that are selected can be viewed by clicking this button (welds that are not selected will be hidden);
   
6. Data in this area cannot be edited in this page;
   
7. Enter the details of the test requested here
   
1. Test Type (Hydrostatic/Pneumatic);
   
2. Test Medium (for hydrostatic tests - Water, Distilled Water, Glycol, Other (specify) and for pneumatic tests - Air, Nitrogen, Other (specify));
3. Test Pressure;
   
4. Test Pressure units (kPag, barg (for Metric) and psig (for US Cust));
5. Duration;
   
6. Duration units (minutes or hours);
   
7. Above/Below Ground;
   
8. Date (planned date for the test);
9. Specification (text field);
   
10. Reference (text field);
11. Requested by (enter the name or pick a project user);
    
12. Comments (text field);
