Orders

We follow fixed price and a pay as you go (PAYG) pricing methodology. When you initially sign up with WeldTrace, your new account will be loaded with a certain number of user slots, welds, welding documents (to create code compliant WPS, PQR and WPQ/WQTR) and storage. 

When you have consumed 90% of the resources that you had purchased, you will get a warning message about how many more welds or users or WPS you can create. You can visit the "Orders" page and order more. 

Only the Super User and the Account Administrators who are given access to the "Admin" menu can order more resources.

1. Visit the "Admin" page and you will find the "Order" button there. Click to reach this page;
   
2. The quantities shown in the "Purchased" column are what you had purchased so far;
   
3. The "Used" column will show how many of each had been used and the next column will show how many more of each can be created;
   
4. Click here to open the order interface as shown below;

1. Enter the additional quantity you need for each of the items;
   
2. The quantity that has been changed will appear here;
   
3. The total cost will show up here;
   
4. If you have a coupon code, click on the text "Do you have a coupon code?" and this will field will appear where you can enter the coupon code. If the coupon gives you a discount, the figure shown in step 3 will change and show the discounted amount to pay;
   
5. Click here to go to the payment page;
   

Payment

Pay with a credit card

1. You will see the amount to pay here;
   
2. Enter the billing address if these fields are blank or edit the address if you need to;
   
3. Enter the card number and click "Pay";

You will receive a tax invoice by email with the transaction details once the payment is successful. You can download the invoice from the Order History page at any time for all the past transactions.

WeldTraces uses Stripe as its payment gateway and it is very secure
