Managing projects or jobs in WeldTrace

Projects or Jobs

A project is a set of welds defined by a job or an order. A project can have anywhere from one weld to thousands of welds. WeldTrace uses the term project and in small fabrication settings, the term job would be equivalent to a project.
Projects list in WeldTrace
In a project created in WeldTrace, you will be able to manage the drawings, materials, consumables, test reports, other documents, visual inspection, NDE and full traceability for all the welds.
Only those users who have some role in a project will have access to that project. The Super User and all Account Administrators automatically inherit the Project Administrator's role in all the projects. Only the account level users need to be allotted some role in a project for them to be able to see that project when they open the projects list page.
