QR Code Labels for Welds

You can generate QR code labels for welds and use the QR code scanner in the WeldTrace mobile app to navigate to a weld. This feature is available only for the accounts in the Pro plan. 

Generating QR Code Labels for Welds in a Traveler

You can generate QR code labels when you generate a traveler or for all the welds in a work pack or for all the welds in a test pack.

Select label size to print
  1. Once you select the welds for a traveler, click on this button to generate the QR code labels for the welds;
  2. Select the label size and click to generate the labels that you can print with a label printer;

Similar to generating QR code labels for welds in a traveler, you can generate QR code labels for welds in a work pack or a test pack.

3.      Click this button to generate the QR code labels for welds in a work pack;
4.      Click this button to generate the QR code labels for welds in a test pack;

Each QR code label will have a QR code that will have the weld's details. In addition, the weld number (W#), drawing number (D#), tag number (T#) and the project number (P#) will also be printed.
