Select tags or drawings for the data book
When you visit this page, all the tags in the project will be listed. If you change the button to select the drawings, all the drawings in the project will be listed.
The tags or drawings already selected will have the checkbox showing the checked state. You may want to press the 'Clear All' button before proceeding to search and select the tags or drawings.
You may either select the tags or drawings or search for them and select all the matching results. You may search for any text, like the tag number, drawing number, line number, etc and table will be filtered to show the matching list of tags or drawings. You can also move through the list using the pagination guide at the bottom of the screen and select tags or drawings in multiple pages. Each time you add or remove a tag or drawing, an alert message will appear at the top of the page to indicate how many tags or drawings have been selected.
If you select all the tags or all the drawings, the data book will contain data for all the welds in the project. If you select specific tags or drawings, the data book will contain data for the welds that are in the selected tags or drawings.
Note: When the “Select All” button is pressed in the drawings selection page, only the drawings with the status marked as 'active' will be selected. If you need to include 'inactive', you will have to select them manually.
