Stamp & Signature
A default stamp and signature will be automatically created for every user. See the image below for a user named John Watson.
- The stamp will show the text "STAMP OF" in the annulus of the two circles with the initials of the user shown in the center;
- The signature will show the text "SIGNATURE" around the border and a stylized text of the user's name;
Users may replace these automatically created stamp & signature images with their own. These images will be used in the welding documents that are approved by them.
You can change these automatically generated images through the menu option in the settings.
Select “Stamp & Signature” from user settings (click your user name to see this menu) and click on the "Change" button as shown in the first screenshot. Please refer this KB article on how to upload an image and resize it - https://support.weldtrace.com/portal/en/kb/articles/images
NOTE: In the welding documents that are created in WeldTrace, the stamp will be placed to the left of the digital signature (name & date) and the signature image to the right of it. There will be two sets of these images. The one on the left is that of the user who creates the document. The stamp and signature of the person on the right is the one who approves the welding document.
